Mr. Jarod D. Reed is a committed advocate for mental health and family well-being, currently pursuing his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree through Salisbury University in partnership with UMGC Europe. 

With over 20 years of service as a U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3, Jarod offers a unique perspective shaped by his experiences as both a service member and a military family leader. His career in the military has provided him with a deep appreciation of the challenges that service members, spouses, and children face during deployment cycles, transitions, and the reintegration process. Jarod’s lived experience equips him to support veterans and families with empathy, authenticity, and a strong commitment to resilience. 

His areas of focus include trauma recovery, post-deployment adjustment, grief, and youth development. Jarod is dedicated to bridging the gap between military service and civilian life by creating safe spaces where individuals and families can be heard, understood, and supported. His approach combines professional training with real-world experience to foster healing and growth. 

With his dedication to service and passion for mental health, Jarod is poised to make a meaningful impact on the lives of veterans and their families. His vision is to strengthen family systems, inspire resilience, and empower individuals to thrive during and beyond military service.
