- Out of Network for Several Insurance Plans
If your insurance carrier and plan are not listed above, you should call your insurance company and ask if you have out-of-network coverage. If you do have out-of-network coverage, please ask your insurance company how to obtain reimbursement for your out-of-pocket payments. Our payment receipts have all of the codes and information required by most insurance companies for expedient reimbursement.
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment at the time of services.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
