Ms. Erin Magnusson, a seasoned fitness and yoga instructor, has dedicated her life to helping others improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. With years of experience leading others on their wellness journeys, her passion for connecting with and aiding women has naturally evolved into a career as a therapist.

Erin's approach to therapy is characterized by a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel understood and valued. Her holistic methodology combines cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness. Through her emphasis on self-awareness, Erin aids her clients in recognizing their potential for positive life changes and empowers them with the tools to overcome life's challenges.

While working with her clients towards a more intentional, rewarding life, Erin is also pursuing her master's degree in clinical social work from Salisbury University. This academic endeavor reflects her deep commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of mental health.
